We are from Texas and were on the road in Arkansas and had an alert come up on our Rav. We stopped at this dealership and even though they are a week out in service, they checked what they could and let us know the issue. Both of the employees we dealt with were extremely nice and helpful. We are back on the road after just 30 minutes. Great customer service 👏 we appreciate it so much!

Adam noble has always been above and beyond with helping us! We have purchased 3 of out 4 vehicles frome J pauley. Adam has always bee straight forward and no game played with pricing. He has also helped with some technical issues. When I am in the market for a new vehicle I will go to j pauley toyota. We live in fayetteville and Toyota of fayettevile does not compare to j pauley I will drive to fortsmith to purchase a vehicle ! Recently my warranty ran out and a minor part broke on my tundra. Toyota of fayetteville refused to help me with a part replacement, mind you I was 4 days out of my warentee period, the drug it out to 2 weeks past my full coverage. I replaced the part my self and j pauley helped with the part number. Thank you all at j pauley for the care you give to your customers!

Great place to buy a vehicle but there service shop sucks They will lie to you. They will strip out your lung nuts. They won't rotate your tires, like they said, they did. The surface manager back in the back is a total. Liar told us they don't have enough lug. Nuts to replace the stripped out ones that they stripped out, but then the main service manager brought me out a full set. So that was a total lie worst service shop i've ever dealt with.Definitely will not be returning to this place. They strip them out so bad. And then said they didn't do that when they're the only ones that have changed them. Charge me for tire rotation that they never done the plastic part on the front of my hood. I've had to bring it back 3 times because their mechanics don't know what they're doing, i think the service manager gets paid to lie to you. Which he does very well. Especially when you catch him in the middle of a lie they change your lug nuts out so quick. They act like they're working on a NASCAR pit crew and strip the hell out of them. We had planned on doing all of our service there. Because we bought the truck there. But after this experience not now. Not the service manager, but the guy sitting at the computer. They checked you in and out. He is a liar and had a plastic part on the front of my hood that came loose twice, had to take it back to get it fixed. Third time they ordered me a new one. And the guy that put it on works there and told me when he took the oven off, there was JB well on it, holding it together. He said no wonder at broke. And they told me, I needed a new upper radiator hose, which that was a lie? Yeah, it was just the clamp, making it leak. I told him I fixed that with a new hose clamp. They got the computer said he don't wanna talk about it anymore Because I called him out on his lie.
