I called at 7 a.m. on a Friday needing a last-minute oil change before 2 p.m. Even though they were fully booked, Eduardo made it happen and had my car finished by 9:30. I really appreciated him going out of his way to fit me in—excellent service!

The people at Orr Chevrolet are genuinely nice and professional. Anytime you actually get to talk to someone, they’re friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the service experience itself has been disappointing. Calls to service usually go straight to voicemail, even when staff are standing at the counter not on the phone. Most repairs I’ve paid for have required repeat visits. Most recently, I spent over $600 to fix a 'radiator hose adapter' and ended up broke down on the side of the road two weeks later. It feels like the dealership has grown too big and lost the small‑town customer service it used to be known for. I’ve since moved on to a smaller shop that’s cheaper, faster, and more reliable.

Took my car in for a repair covered by a warranty. Said that they could not honor the warranty until they did a diagnostic. Understandable. Told me $150 for a diagnostic which is already overpriced, then called me 30 minutes later to tell me it would $330 for the diagnostic which is absolutely ridiculous. David was the one helping me and it was like he didn't even fully understand why they were going to charge me $330 for the diagnostic, but told me that if I wanted my car looked at that thats what I would have to pay. This place and its "repair" team or whatever they are are slimy and scammy DO NOT take your car here for a repair
