One of the best car buying experiences I've had, honestly. Came all the way from Oklahoma to buy a car here, as they had what I wanted and no one nearby did. Talked to Tim and we agreed on price ahead of time, and there were absolutely no shenanigans when I got there. He let me test drive and play around with the car when I got there to make sure I was satisfied, and then went through the paperwork with no surprises or pressure, exactly what we agreed. The floor mats for the vehicle that were supposed to come with the car for whatever reason were not there, but Tim had them ordered and shipped directly to me very quickly. Just a great experience, and a great dealer. I'll probably come back here the next time I need a car, it's worth the 3 hour drive!

I’ve purchased quite a few vehicles over the years, but my experience with Superior Nissan set a new standard. Last week I saw a vehicle hit their website that I had been researching for months. I stopped in and met Tim Holm, who let me know the car hadn’t arrived yet but offered to reach out once it did. A few days later he texted with photos the moment it landed and invited me to come check it out. Knowing how quickly these cars sell, I asked if I could stop by and take it for a solo test drive. Tim made it easy. I drove it on the highway and around town and was immediately impressed. When I got back, Tim and the team worked through the numbers with my trade and we landed on a deal I felt great about. At no point did I feel pressured, and no extras were pushed on me. In finance we simply reviewed the available options and moved forward with what made sense. This was honestly the best car-buying experience I’ve had.
