Over tightening with an impact drill when changing/rotating tires. Do better! We purchased a vehicle from Superior Nissan of Fayetteville and your company did their vehicle maintenance. We do our own vehicle maintenance and ran into this issue. So we realized your company needs be called out on it. This is why we do our own maintenance. We like have killed ourselves trying to loosen the bolts on the tires AND the oil plug! Charge more money if you have to so you can do a better job.

I have had the worst experience with this place ever. I purchased a vehicle which at the time was very nice 3 days later, every light on the dashboard showed up. I have called dozens of times a day. They hang up on you, try to transfer you to someone else and literally sat on hold for over 40 min. Very unprofessional customer service, management is horrible, the vehicle is dead, no help, no returned phone calls, and I feel like they are dodging me 3 months later. I called once from a different number and when someone answered the heard my voice and hung up again. If you don't want disappointment I'd stay away. They are fraudulent crooks.
