I had to go out of town to take care of a family matter , I called worried about having to skip a payment and ray took care of me and put my mind at ease. I really appreciate this type of service it definitely makes me want to come back for another car and tell others about it as well. I have had the pleasure of purchasing two vehicles with Car-mart Of College. I recently totaled my vehicle had me totally distraught ,but I have been blessed to work with this group so friendly and understanding of my situation. They always handle things with care and consideration. I will always come back to Car-Mart college Always The Best!!!!!

Marc was a phenomenal salesman. He was super friendly, very courteous, and a great conversationalist. He helped me get a car same day I showed up! I could not be happier with what he’s done

Ayesha needs to get her stuff together. multiple occasions she said she’ll call back and never does, she says she’ll send over my promise to pay after i’ve paid the 25% and after i’ve already paid it while on the phone she says she’ll send it over to me and never does. countless times she says she’ll put stuff down in her “notes” and clearly doesn’t. very frustrating. i end up having to call someone else to help me so they can finish the job. 9/10 Ray answers and he is wonderful every time i speak with him, he gets things done promptly and walks me through while we are on the phone. I’m frustrated as a customer and i can only imagine how frustrating it is as an employee to have to continuously finish a job a co worker has started and can never complete.

This place is AWFUL Jeannette the mgr who should not be a manager is horrid! Never in my life I have I had such terrible customer service. I do highly recommend the Springdale location on Sunset they have always been amazing to my family. Mike Wilson should really consider demoting or even firing Jeanette.
