I live in California and bought a car that Driv3n Automotive had listed on Autotrader.com. After seeing the listing I called Driv3n and spoke to K'Ron, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He facilitated the sale of the car over the phone, and I went to Tucson a few days later to pick it up (a beautiful classic Jaguar!). It was a very easy transaction with no pressure whatsoever. K'Ron is a great guy and a fantastic salesman!! I really enjoyed meeting him. This is a busy dealership with a great vibe and I highly recommend buying a car from Driv3n. I’m on my second purchase from Driv3n. Their customer service is exceptional, over the top. They’re amazing. Not only did I purchase a 2012 VW Tiguan, but I bought my first Mercedes here. A 2016 GLA250 and it was CLEAN. They hooked us up and made sure the oil was changed for both cars, and even fixed a crack in the Mercedes windshield since we bought it outright. Every time I walk in, they treat us like family. If you want a good car checked by great mechanics and non pursuing sales people, this is the place. Respectful, kind, and all around great company providing a way for all of us to drive a better vehicle.

Bought a 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 from them in Aug of 2024. There were issues upon purchase that they agreed to fix, mostly just put bandaids on, some they never addressedat all. 4 days after driving it home, I lost all steering due to a bolt falling out of the steering system on my way to work. I called and was told I had to bring it to them as they had no way to tow it, got it back 4 days later with the same hardware I had put in (not the correct hardware still in it). They said they would fix it and pay for an alignment. One was true, but the shop they wanted me to take it to for alignment only did a few hours and only two days a week. 2 months after that I had to pay $12,500+- to completely replace the fuel system (which the warranty did not cover a dime). 3 months after that, the EGR system which I had been told they would fix went out, as well as the radiator blowing out. That was another $2,000+ that warranty once again didn't cover. A month and a half ago the transmission went out and that was also not covered by the Amazing Warranty they "give" but you pay $2500 for denied the claim and cost another$6200. Needless to say I still owe about $17,000+- on top of the $20000+- in repairs over the last yeah and a half. DO NOT and I MEAN DO NOT buy a vehicle from these guys. If I could find a good lawyer and sue I definitely would, but I'm hopeful I save someone from the headache and stress this dealership has put on my family and I over the last year and a half.
