I purchased a Toyota Tundra from Car World and they were fantastic! My sales rep Wayne was extremely helpful to make my purchase as easy as possible. He was honest in addressing my concerns to ensure I knew I was getting a really good vehicle. And Brian was also extremely helpful with my warranty purchase. I would definitely recommend Car World for anyone looking to purchase an excellent quality used vehicle. I absolutely love my Toyota Tundra and am so grateful to Wayne and Car World for helping me get the vehicle I most wanted.

We were looking for a car for our teenager. They were excellent working with us on the car we found. Ask for Brian he was so wonderful to work with there. They took the car to the car inspection location and fixed anything that was broken. They also helped us get the recommended items fixed at a discounted price. We love the car and all the effort but into making this an outstanding experience.

Had a great experience here working with Wayne, and got a 2013 Honda CRV. After a previous car purchase that left me anxious to buy a new car, buying at car world was a much better experience. There was no hesitation to give me all the details, allow me to have the car checked out at the mechanic, and I didn’t feel any pressure.

I purchased a truck from them and before I got the truck I pointed out to the sale person Wayne that the radio and mirrors were not working, also that the tires were bald in his exact words he stated that all thos would be corrected before I pick the truck up that it goes through a safety inspection before they put it on the lot he didnt know how it was missed. I asked to work with me on the price and I would take care of it he said no they dont do that there so i agreed let's get it fixed and i would take the truck. This was on a Thursday so I went back Saturday to pick it up not one issue had been corrected told me to take it like that to bring it back in a week. When i get in the truck they couldn't even add fuel in it as well the fuel light was on to top it off .So I took the truck to a mechanic he fixed the radio and mirrors for me mind you on my dime and he replaced the antenna that was missing that Wayne also said they would replace. Then 1 week later I took the truck back so that they could at least replace the tires . For two weeks I did not hear nothing from the dealer then when I would call for the manager Brian he would never answer always out of the office always dodging my calls so three days later I finally spoke to him. In his exact words he did not get the tires he wanted to give me a check for 160 for tires. Wich is a jokehe wanted me to go look for tires spend my time and gas when tires should be the bare minimum on a vehicle. So i said no. to put new tires on it he said we will pay the 160 and that pay 296 and they would help me out that way that the owner of car world dosnt pay more than 160 for tires. so thats all they could do for me.so i took the truck and looked through my documentation and I have paperwork stating that the radio and tires would be fixed. But no issue was ever corrected. So if you want to buy a truck that you have to fix up yourself while according to them paying fair market value thats the dealer to go to.
