I recently sold a vehicle to Cactus Auto. I was very stressed because I was selling an estate vehicle; however, Jeff was wonderful, and he immediately set me at ease. I was happy with his offer, and decided to accept it on the spot (although he made it very clear that I could take my time, and there was no pressure to make an immediate decision). Jeff was knowledgeable, and very patient as we worked through the paperwork, which took a considerable amount of time to complete. This was a difficult situation, and Jeff made it way less stressful for me, which I appreciated so much. All in all, I had a great experience selling a vehicle to Cactus Auto.

Alexis is awesome! We had concerns about buying from a dealership due to previous experience. She was kind, considerate and worked with us every step of the way. Even allowed us to take the vehicle home and to our mechanic to inspect it. Purchased a low mileage RAV4 with a few minor issues. Alexis got them to fix everything with no increase in cost. Outstanding experience! Would definitely recommend.

The customer service was amazing! I got to look at a whole bunch of cars and in the end found the car that is gonna be with me for hopefully a long time :D me and my mom were able to figure out pricing and they searched for options for us when paying for it. They also detail the car for you and make sure everything is in working order before they hand the keys over to you which is greatly appreciated! Great place over all, super clean too!

Please do not buy a vehicle from here. They put my whole family in danger and the owner refuses to return my calls. I bought this vehicle 3 1/2 months ago. I took it in to get an oil change and I had almost $6000 of stuff wrong with it, including rotted out tires I have three small kids and I drive on the freeway. I could’ve had a blowout. They put my whole family in danger. They fixed a couple other stuff but refused to fix the other stuff after the down payment. I do not have the money to fix what’s broken it should’ve been fixed before they sold it and inspected. They are trying to say that it’s wearing and tear and they sold it to me perfectly fine there is no way that after three months of purchasing this car this would break. I understand it’s a used car but selling it to me needing $6000 worth of work is that OK? No, I’m driving around with my suspension broken and my heater hose ripped cause I don’t have the $1400 to fix after I just bought this vehicle three months ago. The owner never returned my call till today. I haven’t heard back from him. Please don’t buy a vehicle here they put my whole family in danger and I am not happy. With the service or them making it right
