My wife and I had came across Robles dealership looking for a pickup truck the minute we walked in the owner served us with a nice customer service. We were able to purchase our vehicle the same day and picked up the second day. They even filled out gas tank and fixed minimum details . TO SAY THE LEAST: DISAPPOINTED, DISGUSTED, DISSATISFIED! Save yourself the headache and avoid this place but if you really want to go here I must warn others… They were helpful in working with people with low credit just to take advantage of them. Instead of really helping my boyfriend get a reliable car they sold him a lemon. They acknowledged the car had one issue and promised to fix it but never did. Really the car had multiple issues. The doors would not lock, the low battery light was on the dash right after he bought it, the gas tank would sense full even on empty stopping the pump every time we put gas, it had electrical issues with the inside mechanisms. The whole car stopped working in the first week and wouldn’t even kick over with a jump. Yamileth refused to take accountability for selling such a bad car and luis was no help in fulfilling promises about the car, no one there wanted to take responsibility for their dishonesty and their mistakes. They did not make it right and still took advantage of my boyfriend when making a deal to take car back. Definitely will be reporting to the attorney general and BBB for the way they operate here. Update: Thank you for reminding me with your reply, a loaner vehicle was provided only after the 3rd time it was brought back to the dealer to be fixed, not in thethe loaner vehicle had issues as well. The first time the car was returned for fixing the costumer was provided no transportation or time frame on when the vehicle would be properly fixed. So not really considered great communication. It took several attempts to fix the vehicle and it didn’t get properly fixed, which entitled the consumer to a full refund per arizona law when purchasing a used car from a certified dealer, so it was under obligation due to you guys selling a LEMON. However you refused a FULL refund and only provided a PARTIAL refund. Definitely still needs to be investigated for the FRAUD that occurs at this place because a partial refund is NOT A RESOLUTION, it’s STEALING from the consumer. Very dishonest business.

Would not recommend. Gave me his word the frame wasn’t bent despite the title. Had it up at a local dealer getting fluid flushes and they found the frame was dented, and the alignment slots for alignments were cut. Lesson learned. As of now it’s pending a level 3 state inspection and getting attorneys involved. And should’ve looked at their reviews in advanced. Apparently I’m not the first and doubt I’ll be the last.
