I traded in my Audi A6 for a 2010 Toyota Tacoma from this dealership because they were able to roll over the balance I still owed plus everything was wrong with that car. Everyone was nice during the process, but looking back, I seriously regret buying this truck here. The price was extremely high out the door, the down payment was expensive, and I feel like they rushed me through signing without properly going over the condition of the vehicle. Almost immediately after buying it, problems started showing up. One of the blinkers stopped working. I replaced the bulb thinking it was normal maintenance, but after one day it stopped working again, so clearly it’s an electrical issue. Pieces inside the truck are literally falling off around the doors and center console, and now I’m noticing suspension issues too. At this point, it feels like whoever owned this truck before me didn’t take care of it at all, and the dealership either didn’t inspect it properly or simply didn’t care enough to disclose the problems before putting it on the lot. I understand it’s a used vehicle, but basic inspection and honesty should still matter. I expected a dependable Tacoma, not a truck with multiple issues right after purchase.
