When arriving to KIA, I was already nerves and overwhelmed, thinking more liability. An employee noticed i was lost, asked me if i need help. I assure him I did. He just kept on walking past me. Disappointed at the acknowledgement i received in less than 5 minutes of arriving, i did decide to walk out. When I started to walk, another KIA employee approach me and asked if i needed assistance. I did noticed he was with another customer and he took his time to acknowledge me while finishing up with the other customers, great hospitality with his quick response to assisting us and he left to finish up with the other customers, few minutes later her returned with cold waters to cool down from the heat. He started asking the normal questions, what brings you in, what are you interested in finally today...... As i started answering his questions i noticed he was very attended to what i was saying, I can over talk sometimes. His insight about KIA vehicles was very impressive, which he was able to guide me to the vehicle which will meet my needs/wants. he helped me to understand every feature K4's include. It was getting very close to after hours, and he continued to provide great help and all my nerves were gone by the moment if signing. RONNIE HERNÁNDEZ!! Thank you so much for being very focus on specific details(what i needed & wanted). His lack of high-pressure impressive, never once did he make me feel as i was taking up his time, very patients, he listened to my needs, he was never pushy and more importantly he listen to my budget on a new vehicle. Because of Ronnie amazing customers service and great communication, i walked out with my new K4 and returned a week later to purchase a second K4. Thank you so much Ronnie Hernandez.

This survey is specifically for Chase Peterson who went above and beyond to take care of my car which is the main mode of transportation for my large family. He drove the car himself and did everything he could to come up with a solution. He was available by phone or text and always called back or got back to me in less than 10 minutes. When I came in, he had a rental for me or my car ready in the lot. Even though it was difficult to find what was wrong with my car, he did everything he could and had multiple people look at it. This has been my best experience with Kia service anywhere in the valley, and because of Chase, we will keep coming back to Horne.

After finding a vehicle I liked on your website, Jordyn reached out to discuss it with me. Our conversation really stood out, she listened carefully to all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely at ease. Her patience and friendly approach were the main reasons I chose to visit your dealership first, even though I had another one planned for the same day. When I arrived, she was assisting another customer, so she introduced me to Chris. He helped us with the test drive and ultimately convinced me to choose a new vehicle instead of a pre-owned one. We also had a great experience with Chris from the Finance department. He was polite, approachable, and took the time to answer all my questions. He helped me make the right decisions based on my situation, and I truly appreciated his guidance.

Myself and my daughters were very impressed how very easy it was to work with Bryan. He was so kind and patient with all my questions and concerns. I wasn’t sure I was going to buy a new vehicle yet but he was the reason I was comfortable with going forward. My daughters took Bryan’s business card for future reference. They said they would go to Kia for the next vehicle.

Jana was super helpful and let me have a long test drive. When we got back I was able to test the speakers, and all the features. Making the deal was easy, they gave me a good value on my trade and a great deal on my new car. They gave me plenty of space and time to call my wife and talk it over. No pushy sales tactic and understanding of my situation and why I was doing a trade. I would definitely go back for another car in 6 years!
