So, I tried to do the Car Max thing and all I got outta that was a hit on my credit and no hopes for a vehicle. Then, a friend introduced me to a friend, who introduced me to Triston and I got an amazing deal on a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus. To give you an idea of how amazing the deal I got was, let me put it in perspective... I'm able to make my payments on my lease, my insurance, pay ALL of my bills and keep my AC constantly running in my apartment without any remorse for it. Thank you Triston, for making my buying experience pleasurable and keeping me cooler than the other side of the pillow both in my home AND on my way to work (during Rush Hour traffic). My very good friend Jack knew my situation and what my vehicle needs were and drove around with me to look at SUV's, we landed at Mesa Motors where I found my Feraldoodle. (don't ask) 2018 Santa Fe. Love her. Had a few hiccups with her health, but they got me right in and solved the problems. These are solid solid humans that make you smile and enjoy the annoying car purchase process. They will do everything to get you into the car bit once you have it your screwed. Bought a 2018 tesla from them and they were supposed to fix a couple of things. Well when i got it back there was other issues to the car. I sent text and have received nothing. Also when i picked up the car after signing paperwork and having the car for three weeks they said if 500 dollars isnt given to them they would keep my car. They said it was there policy. Of you can buy else where do so. I initially thought “this might be where i buy all of my cars”, now i wont step foot near it. It will not let me ipload a video i have so contact me and ill send it. ******update. I understand you called and wanted to get me in but i do not trust anything you guys say. Not only did you sell me a lemon whos tires were so bald the metal was showing, the undercarriage flew off on the freeway. This is with my kids in the car. Not only will i be contacting an attorney on this but it is illegal to sell tires like that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. ******* another update So now my car is saying A/C reduced and rhe ac stopped working. This car has been the worse car i have ever bought. Then when i call the extended warranty they say i have to call the place i bought the vehicle. So i called and they said rhey would have a manager call me back and still no response. If you have had problems with this place please email me. I am working with an attorney now If it was inspected how does you miss those tires? If anyone else is having problems please message me.
