I am a bit late to leaving a review but I bought my VW Toas from Swickard this last December and they were wonderful! Our salesman Charles was super helpful in helping me determine what kind of car I was interested in, let me go on multiple test drives over a couple of days, talked me through all the features, and didn't jerk me around on the price. I had such a positive experience with the entire finance team and once I decided my Taos was the one it was smooth sailing! I had such a good experience with Swickard that when my sister was buying a new car this is the only dealership she went too. Also I blew out a tire this last April and they were great with ordering me a new one, and were able to squeeze me in and get it put on the same day it arrived.

JP, our sales representative, provided unprecedented customer service and ensured that we were well taken care of every step of the way. I honestly can’t speak highly enough about how well we were treated. He made sure all of our questions were answered, knew his product well, and allowed us to take our time when making decisions. Eric, the finance manager, was also great to work with. He was professional, polite, and was patient in allowing me to read through all of the documentation. One thing I’ll say that I didn’t like…and this is hard given that we were treated so well on the customer service front. I was not thrilled about being required to pay for a “recommended” service. They have this invisible polymer coat product called “360 Shield.” When sitting at the negotiating table they placed a paper in front of us with a bottom line that was 1k higher than the sticker price. This reflected the optional service cost. We declined the add on and were quickly followed up with something along the lines of “well it’s already on the car so you don’t actually have an option.” I was shocked. Later I was told every new car has this treatment. Why not just put this on the sticker? I really don’t like surprises am I’m sure other customers do not as well. Regardless, we love our new Taos and hope it gives us many great memories for years to come.

Mierra made everything feel easy and stress‑free, and she truly listened to what I was looking for. I never felt pressured—just supported and well-informed. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend working with Mierra. I couldn’t be happier with my new car and the great service she provided!

Communication with anyone over there has been terrible. I've had multiple people say they will call me back and then ghost me. I've called over 10 times with nothing resolved. I told them I needed to pick up on the weekend and they said no problem, and now everyone I talk to is surprised, who knows if I'm going to get my car this weekend. At this point I would rather sell my WV than deal with them! Kendal VW was much better, they had better service, swickard has been nothing but a disappointment. Their Chevy dealer is just as bad if not worse, they lost my husbands down payment check and it took them months to reach out to him, no apology, they just wanted to make sure they got paid. We had to bring the truck back in because the lights went out. The communication for that problem was also terrible, they told my husband he could pick up on Sunday and they were surprised when he came in on Sunday to pick up. Forget anything with the swickard name on it! don't waste your time! I wish I could give negative stars.
