The Audi Service Advisor Spencer Enzor is extremely helpful. Even when I have continued questions on the technician’s recommendations. He was patient and got me answers. Overall he made the experience stressed free for me, and had my vehicle ready before I was even done with work. I would highly recommend Spencer as your advisor for all your Audi service needs.

If you need a vehicle, Mr T is your man. Had everything wrapped up in less than an hour and even dropped the car off at my house. Fantastic experience, thank you Mr T and Eric!

Spencer has been my service advisor there since I bought my 2020 A5 and he’s done an excellent job of making sure that time spots are available for me when I can get to them. As an outside sales rep, it’s a huge impact on my day-to-day when I can just take my car in for service drop it off pick it up no problems and Spencer has been the linchpin that keeps me happy there. So as much as I’m sure your other members of your team are great as well. I only have my experience with Spencer the female service technician that sends me my videos. Also, does a pretty good job.

In the process of looking for a vehicle for the last 5-ish months, an ad through Facebook of an Audi Q3 with 16k miles for less than $40k - essentially unheard of during this economy. I arrived to dealership with the sole intention of just looking at the car, I genuinely had no intention of buying a car at the time. I'm one of those people that needs a solid 3-4 days to mold things over before I make a major decision. Upon arriving, Eleazar Torino greeted me respectfully, not like a regular car salesman shark would. I told him don't even bother trying to sell me the car, I just wanna' look at it. He walked me over to the car, unlocked it and began explaining the details of it (not mentioned in the ad or website listing). Regardless that it was a white interior, it was one of the last models in inventory that came with a push-button start, unlike all the new ones that key-start only. Eleazar started the car and got into the passenger seat and said, "Take it for a spin" - I immediately declined but he reassured me that I should just "take it around the corner! Just see what it feels like! I don't have anything else going on". Needless to say, the second I pushed the accelerator, I was instantly sold. Even coming in on his only day off, a day which he explained was one of the very few opportunities to spend time with his full-time nurse wife - Eleazar showed commitment to every question I had, and provided consistent reassurance everytime I showed hesitancy to proceed. Honest to god, if it wasn't for his hospitality, I would've never purchased a vehicle from a dealership, let alone be it my first major leased vehicle purchase in my life. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my senior citizen father had at Audi of Anchorage. He spent $1,800 on a brand new rim, which you’d expect would come with basic attention to detail and professionalism. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all. When the rim was installed, they failed to include the Audi center cap. When my father asked about it, they couldn’t locate it. That alone is frustrating—but it gets worse. He then requested his old rim back so he could at least reuse the original center cap, and once again, they “could not find it.” How do you lose both the new center cap and the customer’s original rim? This isn’t just careless—it’s unacceptable, especially when dealing with a senior customer who trusted them to do a simple job correctly. For the amount of money spent, this level of service is absolutely ridiculous. There was a clear lack of accountability, organization, and respect. I would strongly caution others before doing business here.
