We rent a RV from them with matched pricing. From the time we arrived Anchorage to the departure day it's been a great experience. They are very responsive with my calls. The RV we picked up is longer than I expected but it's pretty new without any issues during our trip. We were picked up from and sent to the airport with no delay at all. All in all I'll rent from them again if I go next time. The only thing I think that could be done better is to have a cleaner throw for the bedding - the one that we have is quite smelly.

It was great to be picked up at the airport and at the end taken to the train station, a real help getting around Anchorage with our luggage. The RV was good. Traveling by RV was great. Freedom to stop when and where we wanted to, having all our food and stuff with us all the time, etc. B&B gave us a great price and were easy to deal with in planning our trip.

I found them to be helpful and easy to work with. We had never been to Alaska before or driven an RV before. We corresponded mostly online before we arrived. They gave us the last RV they had available. They made us feel comfortable with the vehicle and gave us good information about where we could go. We liked RV'ing so much that we now own our own.

Rented from this place a couple of years ago and it was a terrible experience. Dirty, bathroom filthy and smelled, hair in bed, lights busted, dirt in storage areas and simply a disgusting RV. After much complaining and asking for our money back, they gave us another RV and this one the refrigerator was busted. We wasted a day and they wouldn't refund our money and we left the RV there and made them give us paperwork to show we returned the 2nd RV the same day. Went down the street a block and luckily got the last RV from another place (great experience). We were able to get our Discover Credit Card to dispute the charge and we got all our money back. B&B is a complete joke of a company and anyone who posts a positive review must work there or the owners are doing it themselves. Save your vacation and NEVER rent from this place.

B&B Rental (also known, according to the Better Business Bureau, as AK Motorhome) is definitely NOT worth your time or the headaches they'll leave you with. Last year, my mother tried renting an RV from these swindlers for a weekend holiday with me and my aunt. She received neither an RV to use, nor her money back. We've been fighting them tooth-and-nail, including TWO trips to the courthouse, and they have not given her back one cent of the money they owe her. If you have plans for a trip up here that require an RV, do yourself a tremendous favor: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
