I have bought alot of different vehicles in my life, both used and new. When I first pulled into the front to park, I got out of my vehicle and headed towards the front. Sean who is a salesman greeted me and asked me if I needed any help. We told him we were looking for a new Hyundai Santa fe hybrid and wanted to test drive one. He held the door open and got us inside to warmup and relax while we waited. He didn't waste anytime as he got keys for one, and warmed it up! We took a nice big loop not to far but enough to get a feel for the vehicle and how it drives especially in winter. He was detailed with some of the options the vehicle offered both interior and exterior. Also, we had alot of questions he politely answered as we test drove the vehicle that we were curious about. The vehicle was everything we had read about and were looking for after testing driving it to confirm. We then met Mitch who was the finance employee that served us and had a great professional personality. He was very efficient and answered all questions along with detailed warranty information and services. He explained alot about Hyundai and why they are dominating the market as it clearly makes sense! Mitch and Sean are both very good at what they do and hold strong skills of customer service as they should as well as confidence, integrity, respect, efficiency and so many more important traits. Once we were done with our deal even though there was no detailers as it was a holiday and we wanted the snow off the vehicle, Sean personally took care of it as we wrapped up financing. Even though its not his job it shows he cares and put himself in our shoes. Sean also set up our Hyundai account for our vehicle so we didnt have to. Finally, he topped it off with gas and we shared beef Jerky as waited and talked. I left very happy as I had a long drive ahead of me to get back home and would definitely return no questions asked. Hyundai is a professional establishment all the way around, hands down! Thanks again!
