I gotta say the customer service from Jared Rivera was outstanding!!! I don't remember the last time I received great customer service and someone whom seem to love his job and what he does, not just another body on the front line!!! Also there was a small disconnect with the invoice when I came to pick it up and the young lady who helped was also to very professional and kind. But Jared heard what was happening and immediately took action to fix the situation professionally and swiftly!!! I'd say the service front counter you had today 7/7/2026 is the best!!!
Great customer service, the whole process of trading in my old vehicle and buying a new one was quick and easy. Ilija was very helpful with any questions I had and was great to work with. Absolutely enjoying my new Frontier!
🚘 Credit where credit is due. 👏 Back in 2007, I purchased a 2005 Nissan Titan from a Nissan dealership. I owned that truck until November 2025 — nearly 20 years. 🛻💨 That truck took care of me because Nissan’s service departments took care of it. Every time I brought it in, they treated me right, fixed things correctly the first time, and kept that truck running strong for two decades. 🔧✅ When I finally traded it in, the truck had around 180,000 miles and was only a two-wheel drive model, yet I still received over $3,000 trade-in value 💵 because the vehicle was well maintained, the interior was solid, and the motor was sound. 🚨 Vehicles are investments. Take care of them, and they’ll take care of you. 💯 This time around, I decided to try something different and purchased a used Dodge Laramie 1500 Hemi 🐏🔥 from another dealership. I also purchased a $5,500 extended warranty believing I’d receive quality service and support. Unfortunately, that experience became one of the most stressful vehicle situations I’ve ever dealt with. 😤 🚧 The truck spent more time in their possession than in my driveway during the first four months. 💳 I paid nearly $2,700 in rental car fees. 📞 Communication was poor. ⏳ Delays were constant. 🤷♂️ I felt ignored instead of taken care of. Eventually, after repeated issues and frustration, they finally returned the truck after repairing the sunroof — only to lock the key fob inside the vehicle upon delivery. 🔑🚪😑 That was the moment I realized: ❌ I could not trust that service department long term. Later, I learned I could have transferred the warranty to another dealership or repair facility. Had I known that from the beginning, I would have transferred it directly to Nissan and continued working with people I already trusted. 🏁 Instead, I canceled the warranty, purchased a different DOWC coverage plan, and returned to using a reputable local repair shop I’ve trusted for years. ⭐🔧 📖 Lesson learned: Why leave the people who have always taken care of you? At the end of the life of this truck, I plan on returning to Nissan, purchasing another Nissan Titan — preferably a 4x4 this time 🛻❄️🏔️ — and going back to the service department that earned my trust for nearly 20 years. 👏 To the Nissan service teams that helped keep my Titan alive all those years: THANK YOU. You showed what real customer service, honesty, and vehicle care should look like. 💯🇺🇸
Ok sorry for what may be a long review. I brought my car in after seeing my usual mechanic. He advised me on what to discuss with them. I arrived, told the customer service agent Jared what the mechanic said and waited. Jared was kind, welcoming and helpful at that time. Of course my vehicle came out needing 2k worth of work. The issue that my mechanic discussed was reported to be a non issue and my mind had been set at ease. We split the work into two visits. Both were pleasant experiences. However, after leaving the second time my check engine light came right back on and I called Nissan within an hour of leaving their service station. Jared advised I should return. I made it very clear that I would not be paying another diagnostic fee, which at Nissan is 220$. He told me I would not need to since I paid for the service already and each time I left my check engine light came back on, Nissan told me it was fixed and then boom, on again. So, this last time, the original issue I strolled into Nissan asking about popped up. After 2k worth of work, now, the original issue I questioned is the issue and I needed to pay 220 for the diagnostic plus over 2200 for more repairs. No! I was rightfully upset. Jared did not take it well that I was upset, told me to pay the money and take my car and leave. I spoke with the supervisor who was able to explain things and de escalate the situation. Jared even told me I had a filter missing from my car which caused the damage. When I asked the supervisor which filter was missing and if I could get it replaced he advised there was never a missing filter. But maybe one had been dirty for an extended period of time. So Jared was grossly unprofessional, rude, and blatantly lied to me. A flat out lie. There will often be miscommunication between customers and service agents I’m sure but wouldn’t you think they would hire and/or train their staff to handle high energy situations with professionalism and an understanding that most of us take our vehicles in because we are not knowledgeable and trust their advice? This was a classic case of a female being lied to for an up charge. Or so that is how it felt at least. I am honestly astounded at how quickly Jared lied about the filter, retaliated against me by telling me to pay the money and leave, and how there were no consequences for his actions. I would never want someone to lose their job, but at least they could have acknowledged that the situation was handled incorrectly by their service agent. I dont know, my car runs better after the original 2k in repairs, and I let them know this. But today just showed me that they were never genuine and at least Jared lacks in the vital customer service skills to handle less than happy customers.
I've been a customer of Continental Nissan for a few years (have bought two brand new vehicles in the last 10 years). I had to bring my brand new 2024 vehicle for a warranty-covered issue last summer and have not been impressed by the customer service at the Service Department. I experienced phone calls not being returned, less than courtious customer service reps, including assistant service manager, and no solution to my defective vehicle. They could do substantially better; they just need the right staff or better training and accountability.
