Continental Honda

I had an outstanding experience with Alex at Continental Honda. He took the time to thoroughly review all of the features and functions of my new hybrid, making sure I truly understood how to get the most out of my vehicle. I really appreciated his attention to detail, clear and easy-to-understand explanations, and patience throughout the entire process. I even arrived about 30 minutes early, and Alex was incredibly accommodating, he assisted me right away with a professional and welcoming demeanor. He answered every question I had without making me feel rushed and even took the time to go on a drive with me to ensure I was comfortable and confident behind the wheel before I left. I came in right as they were about to close and was able to book an appointment to replace a tire. They got it fixed the following day and got a phone call to let me know. Giving it a 10/10 due to fast service, honored my service warranty so I did not have to pay anything, and even washed the outside of my car for free!

Alex is a competent professional who patiently helped take the mystery out of our new Honda . Je demonstrated and described how to access and use the many technical elements on the car. We loved his follow up email assuring us of his continued service with any further questions we might have and provided numerous references to other aids and online sites. I went here last year to have 2 things fixed: Temperature reader and AC. It was winter last year when I went to have my car ready for this year's summer. One of the front desk staff took me in. They looked at my car and was told that they can fix the 2 things. At this time I paid about $600 for downpayment/deposit/parts. I was told that I will get a phone call after 2-4 weeks. I never got a phone call. I had to call them after 4 weeks (and multiple times) for an update so, I can bring my car back to them to get it fixed. When I brought them my car, the agent said it was fixed. He said that the Temperature reader is fixed and that my AC should work once I turn it on during summer time. He told me not to try it because it's still winter and it won't work due to the temperature reader not reading the hot temp outside. So, I paid, as a good customer, the rest of the payment which probably cost about more than 1k total. At this point, I was already doubting if they really fixed the AC. I tried it on, thinking that it should work even if it's winter time. But, I couldn't tell due to the weather. Now, a year later, summertime, the AC is really not fixed 😑 Also, I went there because my car is Honda, thinking that I could trust them with my car due to the brand. I also wanted to get my car fixed at that time because I know I wouldn't have time this summer. So, now, my AC is still not working, I spent a lot of money for nothing, and I don't have time to get it fixed.

This was our second visit to this dealership and unfortunately we had the same experience both times with the same salesperson. We came in specifically asking to compare trims and discuss our options, starting from the base model. The salesperson repeatedly stated, “this is all we have,” and never once offered to sit down with us or check inventory on the computer. We were not shown available options or given an opportunity to properly review trims and pricing. As customers who were genuinely interested in understanding our choices, we felt dismissed and not taken seriously. We simply expected a basic level of customer service and a willingness to review inventory with us.We hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience
