I would just like to thank frontier auto and rv for an awesome camper buying experience. Thomas the manager was who we mostly dealt with and he did a phenomenal job. He showed us options based on what we asked and was not pushy at all. True customer service! He went above and beyond to make sure we found the right trailer for our family. I highly recommend using them if you are in the market for a travel trailer.

I purchased a 2025 Dutchmen Kodiak Cub 170BH from Frontier Auto & RV Center in July 2025. The very first weekend I used it, the heater wasn't working and the refrigerator cabinet was broken — on a brand-new unit. That was just the beginning. When I brought it in for service, the team told me they couldn't find a window leak I had reported. But when I inspected it myself, I found that exact window smeared with silicone caulking — on that window alone. If there was no leak, why patch it? And why lie about it? The trailer came back from service with additional damage — exposed screws and staple marks on the interior panels that weren't there before. When I asked about it, I got no real answer. I have sent over a dozen emails to the dealership over several months. The owner, Vik, responded a handful of times — with one-line replies, a service appointment scheduled without checking my availability, and eventually a formal letter saying all responsibility lies with the manufacturer. Then silence. Keystone (the manufacturer) confirmed they have no record of any warranty claims ever being submitted by this dealership for my unit — despite repairs having been performed. I'm not writing this to vent. I'm writing this so the next person buying an RV here knows what to expect when something goes wrong. The sale was fine. The after-sale experience has been one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I've had.

Their RV's are garbage. Bought a brand new Apex Coachman and it has broken TWICE. The first time it was repaired immediately because it happened the same day I bought it. The second time it broke is right after I de-winterized 6 months later. We used the camper for 3 days so far, the parts they use must be from China. Now they are closed for the weekend and I have to wait days just to get an appointment to fix this garbage camper. How do you have a service department that just shuts down everything for a long weekend and doesn't answer their phone? They have REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY as a retaliation to this review, and also sent an excuse letter about how RV's need service. Yeah, 2 parts breaking in the first few months is NOT acceptable or normal wear and tear. Nice try though. The BBB, Consumer Advocacy, as well as federal agency and the corporate office for Coachmen.

Would never buy from these people in a million years. They don’t honor warranty’s, they clear codes and then sell the vehicles under false pretenses. Salesman blocked my number, owner won’t answer the call and the mechanic had to be begged to fix multiple problems on a 50+ thousand dollar truck. Now I’m being told I need a new transmission from another mechanic. I’ve had the truck for 6 months and it’s been in the shop 5+ times for over 3 months. Not to mention they told me they’d reimburse me for my fuel since I’m driving back and forth from Wasilla but then they only put $100 in the tank because diesel is “too expensive.” SCAMMERS!!! They will be hearing from my lawyer, who is the best in Alaska at shutting down businesses who are unethical.

Wet bought a bew RV and paid cash. We used it 3 times and parts started breaking. We eye told they could repair out but it would be several weeks. We left a review stating our frustration. Now they are FLAT refusing to service our WARRANTEED vehicle out of spite. Now contacting BBB and several state and federal agencies. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!
