I found one of their cars on marketplace. I flew up from the lower 48 and took Uber to the dealership. I worked with CJ and the car looked even better than the pictures! From arrival to test drive to purchasing the car was about 30 mins. I left with the car and CJ took care of all the title and registration work at the DMV for me. When I got back to Anchorage to fly home, he had the tag and title ready for me! I had a great experience with Northwest Auto Sales and would definitely buy from them again.

I bought my truck from Northwest Auto Sales and I'm thankful for the superb 5-star customer service I received from their whole team leading up to the purchase! From start to finish, the experience with Northwest Auto Sales is definitely the best in Anchorage / The Valley. And I visited quite a few used car lots in my search. I started looking at the truck in person with Kastriot, who was attentive to my concerns and getting me out there on the initial test drive. I test drove it and reported an issue to CJ, who was very knowledgeable and he had their company's auto technician resolve the issue next day (bulb harness). I am impressed by Northwest Auto Sales' stand-up demeanor, by their entire staff, and cleanliness/up-keep of the vehicles and lot. Alex is a stand-up guy and he keeps hand-picked quality vehicles on the lot. I will be buying from Alex again for my next used car/truck. Northwest Auto Sales is what shopping for a used car/truck experience should be... The 5-star Gold Standard!
