Jayce is amazing he was so patient with us and made sure we got what we wanted. The sales manager Nikolai was really willing to work with us to make sure we got what we wanted for our trade in. Hands down one of best dealerships in anchorage. The people here actually care about you and what you want! We had a 10/10 experience! Thanks for the new car we love it!!
The service advisor kept me updated on the work, it was a little longer then estimated do to the work that was being done. I was very pleased to review what the tech did, he have very thorough notes on his work. I deeply appreciate that. Thank You!
We unexpectedly had to get a new car for my husband due to someone totaling his. Dave was very nice and never pressured us at all, we live in the valley and they were able to get us approved before we ever got there. We have credit problems so we really appreciated them working with us to get us into something that will last. Amazing customer service and their finance guy is PHENOMENAL.
Made an appointment for an oil change. I also had a check engine light on . They refused to do anything with the check engine light because my appointment was for an oil change. The best they could do was schedule an appointment for their next opening … in 3 weeks. Seems a bit ridiculous considering to see what the check engine code is takes about 30 seconds .
***Just want to add I took my car to the other Jeep dealership and they did the recall no problem*** I would not recommend taking your vehicle here if you can avoid it. I had taken my vehicle in after it stopped in the middle of the road and having a service 4WD message come up. There is an open PTU recall for my vehicle and I assumed this was the issue. I had nothing but issues right off the bat mostly with communication from their service dept. They told me my vehicle was ready to go and the recall was complete only to find out the next day he confused my car with someone else's. Then to find out a few days later they said they cannot do the recall due to the specific recall instructions and the car not being drivable and they needed to run diagnostics that would cost me about 250. Then they called me back a few days later said it was my transmission and that I owed them about 450 for the diagnostics. Let them know that is not what they quoted me. I decided to have my vehicle towed to a local auto shop for repairs at a lower rate. The auto shop told me that the PTU failed and the ground down splines most likely damaged my transmission and highly recommended I take it back to the dealership to perform the PTU recall and transmission as subsequent damage. I called the dealership and let them know the information I was getting, and they said I needed to tow it back to them because they cannot submit for the recall without the vehicle being there. I towed it back to them directly from the auto shop. After about a week the lady in warranty called me and let me know the dealership denied the subsequent damage to the transmission and essentially said that would be out of pocket. She also said in order to do anything for the PTU they would have to run the bad one through the new transmission which could damage the new transmission and suggested I pay for that as well. I talked to service after this asking why they could not do the recall since the PTU had already failed. I reached out to NHTSA and they advised me to talk to the dealership again as an already failed PTU should be covered under the recall. I wasn't able to get anywhere with this, they then told me to go fix the transmission and then bring it back and they will run the PTU through diagnostics again which was confusing to me since the lady in warranty stated that could damage a new transmission. Any time I tried contacting them after this was a nightmare. When I did get ahold of of them they asked me if I noticed markings on the PTU he said there were markings that weren't there before. Which is interesting to me because they said they never looked at the PTU just ran the diagnostics. I asked about this a few more times to figure out what they were referring to and was basically completely ignored. I also asked their warranty person if I could get a denial in writing if for some reason I needed it in the future she said she would check and again completely disregarded me after that. I get as a consumer there are probably a lot of things I am ignorant on or do not understand but as employees of the company I would think it was their responsibility to have appropriate communication. Especially when they are quoting you between 8-12 thousand dollars in repairs. Not to mention about 4 tows between Wasilla and the dealership in Anchorage and another about 1,400 at the auto shop for their work and findings. So I highly recommend not going to this dealership
