We bought a GMC 3500HD from Clint. It’s our retirement tow vehicle, so not planning on buying another truck. But if we were, I would only deal with Clint. I’ve bought cars & trucks for over 40 years, and have never dealt with a better salesman. Clint has the personality and character that a person looks for while making this sort of purchase. No pressure, no BS, and told us like it is.

I originally had an issue with one of there sales people but this Saturday Mark Cavanaugh one of there managers called me to see what he could do to make things more palatable. He was amazing in helping me find my first truck from the comfort of my home when it was his day off and he should have been home with family. He then sent my info to one of his guys and when I came in he handed me off to his sales guy Jethro who was amazing in helping me with a test drive answering mine and my sons questions and showing me all the crazy features this truck has!! Then off to finalize with finance sadly I do not remember his name but he had a fishing pole in his office and just got back from a fishing Trip so huge point in his favor as I absolutely love fishing!! He made things smooth offered optional add ones but was not pushy at all and out the door I went. Over all 10/10 for customer service in sales and finance! Thank you Edit Today I dropped the truck off with there service department to get the max shied done on the inside that I paid for !! Well surprise me they applied to both the inside and outside Cheri with there service department was amazing thank you all for such great service!

Great experience. Easy negotiation. Professional team. I highly recommend. I was in and out in less than an hour. They even filled up the new car with gas for me. Brian Scott and the sales managers were great. Everyone was earnest and kind. There were no high pressure, awkward sales tactics. They also honored the advertised price with no haggling.

This has been one of the WORST purchasing experiences I have ever been through. I have been, and will continue to, tell everyone I know NOT to ever deal with Swickard. The initial salesman I was assigned set an appointment to show me a vehicle I had identified online, then the day of the appointment claimed that vehicle had sold. Which is the same shady sales techniques that Swickard had just settled a lawsuit with the State of Alaska over a week of two before my appointment. Multiple times I tried to order a vehicle, providing build sheets and everything, and was told by the salesman he couldn't process an order unless I was there. And oh, by the way, I should come down and look at these other vehicles I didn't want. After being strung along for weeks, I reached out to the two sales managers listed on their website, and received a prompt response. Again, expressed my desire to purchase a vehicle, provided a build sheet, and was told they would place the order. For the next serval weeks and months I had to continually reach out for status updates, and was often ignored for weeks at a time. I attempted to provide a down payment multiple times, and was ignored. I had to use the phrase " I have all this money, all I want to do is buy a vehicle", and was continually ignored. Somewhere along this process I was informed that the original salesman and the sales manager were either fired, left, or forced to retire, which does not build any confidence with the caliber of people employed at Swickard. I started the process of trying to buy a vehicle from Swickard in April, have been scammed, ignored, and disappointed ever since. I know I will regret it, but I ended up signing papers last week, paid for my vehicle last week, and at this time have not received word that my payment was received, much less that my vehicle is available to be picked up. I assure you, I will never again do business with Swickard. I will tell everyone I know, and even anybody I don't know who will listen, to NEVER do business with Swickard.
