Update 3(hopefully the last one): Trent, my Service Advisor, your dealership needs to promote him! That guy worked through my service warranty for hours and it was approved first time through and quick! I stand corrected, this dealership is one to work with. They do care, give them the opportunity, I believe they are doing it right. Trent is kicking ass, treat him well! Update 2: David, the GM, met with me today, and I feel that I am going to be able to move past this with their help. I am replacing the 5 stars for his help, the actual work to make this right by me. I hope that this review sticks. And thank them and especially Nathan, again. And for the Service, I didn't mean service department, I meant actual service. But I am giving them another chance to make me a customer for life. Updated for after the sales. Bought the car during winter. Really done during time they kept after the sale to get detailed and stuff fixed. Now dealership is living up to their BBB ratings. Service? Response to queries, I get them by going back to the dealership only. Too bad. It started well enough. Sales, well Nathan and the made the buying experience easy, relatively quick, and I left with a car that once would have worried me in performance and maintenance, but a good deal on an extended warranty and service contract made the deal one that will bring us back. And the follow through, he is a man of his word. Go see him, I think you will find him worthy of the opportunity, not out to waste your time or trying to sell you something you don't want. Although everyone from sales to service at BMW provides exceptional service, Nathan in particular stands out from the rest. His kind determination really helps you feel comfortable when making a considerably sized financial investment on a luxury vehicle others might find intimidating. Nathan helped me find my dream car that I didn’t even know I wanted until I saw it and drove it. Just bought my 2020 bmw x3 from Nathan! I love my new car and he was the best!! He took good care of me and he made sure I got into the right car that fit my needs and my budget.
