We had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here in April. AJ was helpful and communicative, he responded to messages quickly and was kind and personable. He helped multiple family members stop by at different times to take a look at the vehicle we were interested in, and they also brought the vehicle to a shop of our choosing for an inspection. We’ve been very happy with our decision to purchase a vehicle here, and when the time comes that we are again looking for a vehicle, we’ll definitely be checking here first.

This place is the only place to go get a used car in Anchorage. They’re honest, polite, and super informative. AJ was our salesman and he knocked it out of the park. We love our Toyota RAV4. They had great Deals too!!! Thanks everyone for all of your kindness and thoroughness in getting our car.

I spent so much time researching each car lot just to be disappointed by fake reviews or salesmen just trying to get me to finance a car I didn’t want. I highly suggest going to Downtown Auto Sales anytime you’re looking for a used vehicle. Their lot had a great selection and AJ worked with me personally to make sure I got the car off the lot that I wanted. Even when my bank gave them some hassle in paperwork they still helped me find a way to make sure I walked with the car I wanted. They’re extremely friendly, quick to respond and they’re very upfront about all their cars. I’ll be going back to them anytime I need a used vehicle and I highly suggest you try them too. If you are new to anchorage and looking for a quality condition used car this is a great place to go! Staff was very upfront about vehicle history/repairs and willing to help out with all of my questions. 12/10 experience, would recommend :)
