They ISnot professional they don't care they don't care bout the customers it is take your money ...I have a 2017 Dodge some wrong wit my car I had to leave it and nobody is answering the phone this so unprofessional I haven't had transportation in 4 days an had to leave the car can y'all please reach out to me at Valero or yall won't get no mo or my money I had that car 3 months an had to walk home with my kids this is. Terrible i need my money back I am missing out on work they cars raggedy as hell I promise u ..don't TAKE your money take y'all reviews back these people scamming y'all go some where better every body I no got a car from them had a lemon ..I had problems wit the car first 30 days an now they won't fix it hey said give the keys back an I loose out on my money 1800 down I paid an 400 an month an still out a car .... Share this post ... They don't care bout hey customers...give my money back scammers iwork for my money ...took my 1800 an I made payment on time every time.. I will be sueing Valeroes I had to call the Dothan office to get them to call Them now LAWYERTIME

Other dealerships made the prices of buying a car a complete headache. I was very pleased with the process and purchase of my vehicle. Everything was simple and I am so happy that I have nice, dependable transportation. Highly recommend

service was fast they didn’t have me sitting to long I was in and out with a car same day didn’t have to come back for no reason , workers are very nice great customer service I am happy with my PURCHASE 🫶🏾

: This Dealership Needs to Take Accountability Review: “I’m extremely disappointed with the way this dealership has handled my situation. I bought a car here, paid every payment on time, and even continued paying when the car wasn’t running. The vehicle was supposed to come with a warranty — but when the car broke down, that warranty suddenly didn’t seem to matter. I was told to bring the car to the dealership, so I paid over $500 to have it towed hours away. After that, I spent weeks getting nothing but excuses, unanswered calls, and the runaround. When I finally reached someone, I was told I should buy my own transmission and pay to install it, even though they sold me a car that was supposed to be covered. I even offered a reasonable solution — I’d handle the repair if they put my payments behind for a couple months due to the car being unusable. That was ignored too. This is not how a dealership that claims to care about customers should operate. I’m posting this publicly because I’ve tried to work with them privately and got nowhere. I expect the management to respond, honor the warranty they advertised, and make this right immediately. I will update this review when they do.”

This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had so far. I left a positive review when I purchased the vehicle because I was pleased with how easy and pleasant the process and staff was at purchase. My daughter and I both got a car from there the same week. A little over 2 months passed and my vehicle needs a motor and my daughter’s car has wiring issues, an oil leak, a gas leak, and the trunk won’t open. I was told that they could only refer me to their mechanic because I was 9 days over the warranty. The quote they gave was almost $6000 which I don’t have or feel like I should have to pay. The staff is pleasant when they want to sell a car and then rude once the deal is made. One lady hung up in my face while I was talking and I have a hard time getting them to answer the phone. I do not recommend purchasing from them at all. I understand the risk in buying a used car but these cars are junk. I wish I can find my original review that I was asked to post so that I can update it with this information. Tax time is approaching soon. Please take my experience into consideration for those of you that do not want to use credit for a vehicle.
