One of the best car shopping experiences I’ve had. I have dealt with sales people at other dealerships in The Birmingham area that wanted to play games. But I stayed local and I worked with Connie who was proactive, friendly and wasn’t pushy. She listened and was very helpful. Everything went quick and smoothly. It’s very rare to get everything done so quickly at a car dealership. I’ve only had the car for a day and so far so good. It’s a Honda, so I think I’m good. I am in love with it.
Brittney was AMAZING! She was an excellent help and made the process of getting a car stress-free. She made me feel right at home, easygoing but definitely gets the job done! I highly recommend her! we just got back on the road 😀our vehicle broke down and thank the Lord there was a Honda dealership down the street from where it stalled. The service department went above and beyond to accommodate us! Tammy and Andrew were extremely cordial and professional. we were given options and prices and an estimated time line. We are driving from Florida to Michigan, what's another few hours? lol. Someone worked through lunch and got us out early. The lobby area was comfortable and clean and i was lent a charging cord so i could continue my work. A1 service I thank you very much!
I was in the market for a new car and I heard about the legacy of the CRV. test drove one and fell in love with it. Worked with Jacob Esco and got the new Honda CRV touring hybrid and it’s a fantastic vehicle. Everyone was really friendly and very helpful. Jacob didn’t try to force me into a vehicle, instead he sat me down and asked me what I needed in a vehicle and got me to test drive a few before I made a decision. I was very happy how I didn’t feel pressured into a deal and how well everyone worked with me. 100% would recommend a Honda and going to Cannon Honda.
