We had a fantastic experience purchasing our vehicle! The dealership was absolutely hopping with customers, which speaks volumes about the business, but despite how busy they were, we never felt overlooked. We had been working with Alexus, and when she was tied up helping another customer, MD stepped right in to assist. The two of them worked together seamlessly to make sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. MD answered every question we had, gave us plenty of time to test drive the vehicles, and even though we had already done a lot of research on the different packages, he took the time to explain the features and differences in a way that was both informative and helpful. Most importantly, MD worked hard to make sure we drove away in the exact vehicle we wanted at a price we could agree on.
