Penny and Brock made us buying our 2021 dodge durango as easy and painless as possible this is best used car dealership to deal with they are friendly and very professional

Brock sold us a vehicle and within 2 days the check engine light came on. We reached out to get it covered by warranty. Brock has done nothing but give us the run around. Very disrespectful and rude to customers. He told us our vehicle would be taken care of. It never moved from when we dropped it off. I recommend staying away from Brock if you want to buy a vehicle from Troy automotive in Montgomery

We bought a jeep with less than 100,000 it isy literal dream vehicle however when it started throwing codes a week later Brock has been very sketchy and not very forthcoming with helping us. We dropped it off on Tuesday and we were told that it would be done Friday come to find out he never took it to a mechanic and has lied throughout the entire process. He has a horrible attitude problem and his customer service skills are equivalent to that of a sassy toddler. When we tried to get in touch with the owner Christopher he tried to tell us that no one worked there by that name.... He literally signs your checks. We will be pursuing further action. If you deal with them work with anyone other than Brock.
