I personally would like to thank Mr. Norris of Jack Ingram Service Department. He went above and beyond to ensure that my automobile was ready within a couple of hours. I am from Birmingham Alabama and had a problem come up with my vehicle while traveling through Montgomery on Saturday March 7, 2026. I had a towing company take my car to Ingram Mercedes. Through his assistance and efforts, my car was in and out the shop in less than 4 hours. His efforts prevented me from having to wait two or three days for my car. Job Well Done.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle on this visit, when I am ready to buy, this is 100% the dealership I will return to—and Katlyn Myrick is the sales professional I will be using. I haven't bought a car in many years so I didn't know what to expect. My daughter needed a car but we had a hard time finding something in my budget. We happened to look at Jack Ingrams website. She saw a car she liked so we took a trip to Jack Ingram. Jennifer introduced herself right away and helped us. She made it so easy! My local insurance office closed early so that was a hassle. But Jennifer gave me recommendations of insurance companies that could help. I was stressed, my daughter was disappointed but we made it work. We left that night happy. The next day we meet Jennifer at the dealership. She had the car gassed up and detailed! I have a very happy daughter driving a cute, safe car! My next car will be from Jack Ingram. We negotiated down to the final price, signed on the dotted line, and are well pleased with our purchase. Simple, painless, & easy! We highly recommend shopping with Jack Ingram Motors for all of your auto buying purchases, new and used. They will get you what you want. It was well worth an hours drive from home just to shop with them and to get such a great deal. We'll be sure to check with them first for all of our future auto purchases.

I find this dealership employees to be very rude and unprofessional. Providing great customer service and communicating professionally with customers appears to be a weakness within this organization! You all have a responsibility as a business to treat all of your customers with the utmost decency and respect! Poor job and extremely disappointed!
