I have enjoyed aspects of owning my Kia, but I’m very dissatisfied after my panoramic sunroof unexpectedly shattered this past weekend. This was both stressful and concerning, especially considering the potential safety risks. I expected better durability and support for an issue of this nature. I hope Kia reviews situations like this carefully and improves both product reliability and customer experience.
