Really appreciated Curtis Brooks and his assistance. Originally went in just to consider the idea of trading but ended up purchasing. Overall, everyone I encountered was nice from the greetings in the beginning, the manager when working the deal and even inside the finance office. I’ve bought many vehicles and I’d buy from here again if the time comes to do so.

This is the 2nd Time I needed to purchase a vehicle and from the sales person financial person and manager they all worked together as a team to not only get me approved but also get me a manageable monthly payment .I RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP IN MONTGOMERY AL

It’s been 2 years but I found the vehicle, 2025 Jeep Wrangler, I wanted. I highly recommend Sons, especially Curtis Brooks. A lifetime friendship was made over the years. Great staff and everyone did their best. I wasn’t able to complete the survey but I must say the service is unmatched. I came in and was out within 20 minutes for an oil change. I would highly recommend SONS for a vehicle and all services.

My wife is in the US Air Force serving our country and had a training in Montgomery due to her new position we do not live there. (I’m being vague because I don’t know what information I’m allowed to share, I’m a military Spouse, I was never in the service). We had discussed for a while trading in her old vehicle for her dream one. A Jeep wrangler with all the bells and whistles. Lift and large tires. I decided to surprise her while she was in class so I pulled the trigger found the jeep and got it just the way she told me she Imagined it would be. The sales team and the financial team were great. After that, everything went downhill fast. Tire pressure light came on one day after having the vehicle I had to take it back twice the next day to get the issue resolved. One week later I noticed a puddle on the ground after dinner. Took it straight to the dealership that afternoon just before closing, it was leaking coolant and was told to bring it back next morning to have mechanics look at it. It had a bad heater core. I was told it would be done and fixed before that Friday. My wife’s last day of class was Friday, guess what it was not done that Friday. She had to find out it would not be done after she graduated her class drove to the dealership by herself with neither of us know what was going on ask to speak to the General manager but he was to busy or from our POV didn’t care. They gave her a loner to use since we were in the process of moving to her new duty location and got the vehicle back on Monday. With everything going on we were just happy to have her vehicle back but after noticing some damages done to the interior after a couple of days we took it to the dealership where we live. They said they couldn’t help us due to it not being warranty work, they caused the damage, plus parts just chilling in the back seat and to contact the dealership that we bought it from and did the work. Which is sons Chrysler Jeep Dodge Fiat in Montgomery. So we reached out and was told the general manager would contact us. We have waited two weeks and absolutely nothing. So now to contact headquarters and see where that takes us. This experience has been terrible and I feel like I’ve made a great mistake. Just trying to get my wife her dream vehicle.
