Julia was wonderful in helping me feel comfortable and at ease during the test drive and purchase. Charles also was so great in helping me get the exact car I wanted. I had a really great experience with all of the members that helped me! I absolutely love my new car!!

I live in Panama City Florida, and we were heading to Birmingham Alabama for a wedding. By the time we got to Montgomery, my 2023 Nissan Rogue broke down, leaving myself, my husband, and our three year old daughter stranded 3 hours from home. We were able to secure a tow to get my car to the dealership and rented a car to continue our journey and make it home. Throughout the process, the employees at this Nissan dealership showed empathy, and remarkable kindness. Justin took over the work on my car, and kept me informed. He personally texted me this morning to let me know my car is fixed including all recalls and assured me my car would be safe at their location for pick up this weekend. I have always praised Nissan, and while this situation was unfortunate and stressful this Nissan location gave me so much confidence and reassurance. I can’t thank you all enough, and never lose Justin! He is an amazing asset to your dealership.

The car purchasing process was easy, they're more than willing to take your money. But when you trade it in somewhere, and you cancel options you chose with the car that may require a refund, they won't do anything. I've been trying to speak with someone for two days and nothing. My advice, stay away from this dealership unless you plan on keeping that car for good.
