I bought my Toyota Avalon in November of last year and so far I have had no problems. The owner is very fair, reasonable, and kind. The receptionist lady is so sweet. Pleasant people and very good customer service!

I purchased a 2010 Jeep from Bel Air Motors for $3,500. After about 4 months, I brought the vehicle back to the lot due to ongoing issues I was experiencing with it. While the vehicle was at the dealership, it was barely moved when the front driver-side wheel and bearings completely came off, creating a serious safety concern. Instead of the matter being resolved in a way I felt was fair, I was told I would need to pay for repairs that I could not afford at the time. I was also informed that an abandoned title had been applied for regarding the vehicle. I have since seen the same Jeep placed back out front for resale, and I was later told it may be listed for around $2,900, essentially attempting to resell the vehicle. I am sharing my personal experience so others can be aware and exercise caution before purchasing. Please have any vehicle thoroughly inspected before buying. I am currently exploring legal action regarding this situation.

I recently purchased a Nissan Murano from this dealership for $4,000 cash, and within just a few days I started having serious issues. I took the vehicle to a certified mechanic, and the inspection showed multiple major problems including a slipping transmission, catalytic converter issues, suspension problems, and more. This is not normal wear and tear for a vehicle that was just sold. These are issues that were clearly present before the sale. I reached out to the dealership hoping they would work with me on a fair solution, but so far I’ve only been told I should have purchased a warranty. I understand buying a used vehicle comes with some risk, but selling a car with major pre-existing issues like this without properly addressing it is not right. I would strongly encourage others to have any vehicle from here fully inspected before purchasing.

I bought a car from him in April the next morning the car would not turn on. I called him and he told me to bring it back to the shop after jumping it. He replaced the battery twice with other used batteries from cars in the lot before finally getting a new battery. Fast forward 7 weeks later my car breaks down and I have to get it towed. I’m told that the car needs a new engine. I call the guy and he says there is nothing he can do since I didn’t get the warranty but get me a new used engine for cheap. Would not recommend getting a car from this guy
