Love this dealership! Ethan in finance is awesome, Zach Brady and the crew in service are awesome! Salespeople are ok… a little pushy and unable to negotiate like we hoped, but I guess that’s their job lol! Long story short, this is our third Subaru and they are the best cars ever. They last a lifetime when taken care of. We recently had a trailer hitch put on our newest vehicle, a 2025 CPO Subaru Outback Onyx Edition, and service had it completed quickly and beyond expectations. We were given a loaner even though it only took about an hour and a half. When we returned I noticed how service wasn’t very busy. I know why…. Subarus never need work done! Only routine maintenance, which they do for an unbeatable price. And they are soooo clean! We can tell they take pride in what they do and where they work. We would definitely purchase from Lander’s McLarty Subaru again, and recommend them to all!
An absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. The team at Subaru sets the gold standard for customer service. From the moment we walked in I was treated with unparalleled professionalism and genuine care. Fantasia, Eric and Chauncey were extraordinarily knowledgeable transparent and completely pressure free. Buying our car was the most seamless and enjoyable vehicle purchase of my life. Five stars any enough. They even fed me a hot dog.
They went out of their way to make a deal for a new Outback Wilderness for me. I bought it sight unseen and didn’t realize it didn’t have the front cameras but I guess that’s on me. The salesman Jay was an awesome guy and the experience overall was really good. Would recommend!
Excellent service department! Bought my Subaru from Landers McLarty and just finished my final complimentary service. Hannah was very helpful reviewing future service needed. They have always kept my car clean during service and kept me informed of progress. We also enjoyed receiving the new video recording of service check.
