Came in just to look around at possible options and left with more than we expected. We weren’t pounced on as soon as we came in the parking lot, which we appreciated. And our sales associate, Nick, was very informative and never tried to push us into anything. He was beyond respectful to our vehicle wants and needs. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option for the entire process. Had an appointment at 1pm. Pulled in, not knowing where to go since this is the first car I've purchased from them. We asked a gentleman sitting on a bench where to go and he directed us to the service shop at the back of the property. I had no idea it was back there. Pulled in and parked in the customer parking area and walked inside. Saw 3-4 people behind the 100' counter, one of which was almost directly in front of me, and none of them acknowledged my existence. Moved down the counter to the next person and told him I had an appointment at 1pm to get my tire fixed. In the most sarcastic voice and tone he could muster he asked, "where's the car". I told him where I was parked and he replied, "well pull it in", in the same sarcastic voice. Once he learned that it was not a Toyota he told me I had to go to the white building up front, I told him they sent me back here. He was confused as to why they would do that. At that point someone else came out and said that so-in-so had an appointment with a Santa Fe. The original guy said OK and told me I could go in and wait. I told him I had some errands to run and I'd be back. I gave him my number and left. I came back almost 3 hours later, and the car was not ready, and it was at another shop, the non-Toyota shop. I didn't know they had more than one service shop. I was given the excuse that they (non-toyota shop) didn't receive the vehicle until 1:45 (it took 45 minutes to move the car from one shop to the other). Then there was an oil spill which required a vehicle to be moved, and then the spill cleaned up. Apparently, that took 2 hrs. My wife didn't want to wait the 30 minutes it was going to take at that point. I tried calling the number that was sent to me in a text and got nowhere. Imagined my surprise when I walked in and was face to face with the guy I just tried to call but was unable to be connected to him. He opened another ticket; I waited 30 minutes. My tire was fixed 3 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, that's the type of service I have come to expect in today's society. Bill Penny Toyota is doing a great job at maintaining modern day mediocre service. By the way, not one ounce of remorse from anyone. The first and last vehicle bought here.

They post ads for cars on craigslist and when the car sells, instead of removing the listing, they update it with "this car has been sold, but check out the Bill Penney website for other great deals". Just remove the add, it would take less work and is better for everyone. This kind of pollution on craigslist makes it hard know what's really out there for sale.
