These gentlemen are amazing. They experienced me having a mental break down cry fest and still made this 2 day process as stress free as they could. My break down has nothing to do with their business. I just purchased the 2014 Nissan Murano they had for sale and when I can look at it yesterday they were up front and honest that it needed a new air compressor and installed the new one same day. Very fairly priced. Then when difficulties happened with the funding (no fault on either side...stupid banks lol), they never lost faith that I was going to purchase it and they took of the website and held it for me while we worked through the banking red tape to have the funds released. And they were so happy to see me today when I came it to sign and drive off. This place was a god-send when I needed one. They have limited inventory, but if you are to purchase from them, they will answer every question and provide all the facts. Very pleasant experience overall. Will recommend 9/10...only because while they are great, everything has potential to become even better.

I had a great experience. I purchased a 2010 ford ranger and drove it 220 miles back home. Not a single problem so far and it’s a solid little truck that was priced great. Staff was helpful and nice and not pushy. I would recommend

Purchased a 2011 Toyota Tacoma. The price was great. The truck ran really well. I checked it out thoroughly and was very impressed. I highly recommend checking Savannahs out before you shop anywhere else!

I had previously given this dealership a high review but had to retract it. To make a long story short we bought car in march and within 7 days it would die. They picked it up and gave me a loaner car. This went on for several weeks. All within 7 days each time starting over. Finally they concluded nothing could be found wrong but car couldn’t be fixed. They promised me a car to match my specifications within 10 days. Forward to late June. Still nothing. We couldn’t be without a car anymore so I asked for a refund. They said they could only refund me amount minus 1100 for taxes etc. we couldn’t believe it. We never got a car we went to buy a car and left without a car and 1100 dollars less! We think they could have paid that for us and given us back a full refund for a car we didn’t even get! They didn’t help cover our loss which we consider to be poor customer service. We weren’t a priority to them. They basically didn’t care and shafted us and sold us a lemon! We will stay away from them and advise anyone else to. We ended up buying a 2024 Honda civic from carmax. Most dealerships like carmax offer a full refund within a time frame (theirs is 10 days!) they also have a 150 point check system and their cars go through a rigorous check prior. To ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in what you are getting and the money you are spending. We had bought from carmax before. They are slightly more but it pays off in the long run. We will never again buy from Savannah auto. They were rude and shifty and scammer like and treated us as such when we wanted a refund. Stay away. You will be wasting your money and supporting a car dealership that in our opinion doesn’t care about their customers and has questionable practices.
