I had a fast and easy experience. Sandra helped me from beginning to end. Everybody I interacted with was extremely nice and very helpful. I would recommend them to anybody. Me and my daughter purchased a 2015 Ford Escape and it was immaculate! Sandra and James truly cared about finding the right car for my daughter and not just selling her anything. I've never seen a use car dealer offer a 12 months or 12,000 miles warranty. Best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've worked for car dealers in the past.

Bought a car from James who seemed like a great person at the time of car purchase. Had 2 issues with the vehicle and was sent a text showing the issue was covered with warranty so i drop my car off and James calls being extremely rude to me, saying he doesn’t know who i talk to bc i didn’t speak with him and he didn’t tell me it was covered. Told me both issues weren’t covered in the warranty, my windows keeps rolling down and being stuck on its own, Im pregnant and have a toddler and it’s a safety hazard especially with bad weather and the inside of my car getting soaked. James is extremely rude and lacks any kind of empathy! Wouldn’t recommend to a dog

I don’t care what nobody say. These people are terrible. I got my car March of last year and since I got my car, it’s been in and out of the shop multiple times and I still paid my car note. It’s been sitting on their property since April 3, waiting on a part to come in so they can fix it. I Took a Uber back-and-forth to work coming out of pocket when it shouldn’t take a month for them to fix my car. So I just let them keep the car only for them to send me a repo letter in the mail when the car was already on their property. How did they get re po?? The staff thats there is rude. And it’s no communication at all. I do not recommend getting your car from there.
