It was clear to us that this dealership is selective about what they sell. The vehicle we purchased was a high-quality pre-owned car, and their inventory overall reflected the same standard. From the start, the experience was smooth and straightforward. Jason was our salesperson, and we really appreciated his laid-back, no-pressure approach. He was easy to work with, answered our questions honestly, and made the whole process feel comfortable instead of stressful. I was also very pleased with the financing department. Kali was friendly, professional, and made the loan process quick and easy. Everything was handled efficiently, which we really appreciated after such a long drive. Now that we’ve seen their operation firsthand, we wouldn’t even feel the need to make the trip again—we would confidently buy from them online and have the vehicle shipped, knowing they’ll take good care of us. Best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle hands down. Everyone was kind and welcoming and there was zero pressure to buy. Jewel was fantastic in helping me with my purchase. She’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I had little knowledge of the intricate details of Tesla’s but she took the time to show me how everything works, completely unrushed and explained everything so well. Needless to say I drove off the lot in my Tesla model 3 performance which I could not be happier about. I highly recommend anyone searching for a vehicle to pay a visit to this store. I’m officially a very happy customer! I just bought my first Tesla from Birmingham Luxury Motors, and I can't say enough about Kali Verzone. Since I live out of state, Kali went above and beyond to be my eyes and ears, documenting every detail with total honesty. Her sweet introduction video and constant communication took all the stress out of a long-distance purchase. She even connected me with Jack, who executed an excellent wrap on the car before I even saw it. We buy alot cars. I prefer to buy used cars direct from owners but this has changed my mind. I was wary at first- process was too easy, Brittney was very nice. The car seemed perfect at a fair price. The minute we drove it off the lot, there was an issue. Not a huge one, but still...this is what I was afraid of. But here's the catch- they took care of it. Professionally. Without question. A used car having a small issue is not unusual, working with a dealership that will follow through and take care of the customer even after the sale- a diamond in the rough! I'll be back.

We had a great experience at Birmingham Luxury Motors getting a car for my 87 year old dad. The whole staff was wonderful especially our salesperson, Brittany, who was so friendly and patient. I plan on calling her when it’s time for my wife to get a new car.
