Dear Sarah and the Tyrrell Honda Team, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent vehicle trade-in. Sarah Ladner was instrumental in helping us transition from our 2025 SUV into a brand new 2026 Honda HR-V. Sarah was incredibly mindful of our time and specific requirements. She went above and beyond by coming in on her day off to personally ensure our new vehicle was delivered. I was also particularly touched by how she interacted with my pre-teen son, taking the time to engage with him and watch his YouTube videos. Furthermore, the team’s ability to source the exact car I wanted from a nearby dealership saved us from a lengthy wait for a vehicle in transit. I would also like to commend the rest of the staff we encountered. Nick was kind and patient, our experiences with the front desk attendants, Sharon the service manager, John in finance, and Jim the manager were all excellent. It is clear that the team at Tyrrell Honda is focused on ensuring a smooth transition and meeting customer needs rather than just making a sale. Superior customer service. Did an amazing job on my car on a tight notice. Did an amazing job. 100% more confident in my ride after they got her done. The staff was all friendly and hospitality was amazing. I left some personal items there and I am from out of state after calling and hoping they would mail it to me the gentleman in parts offered to DELIVER IT to me at home. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Thank you all so much!!!

I had such an amazing experience here, especially with Nick. I just had to go car shopping for the first time ever. I had never stepped onto a dealership before in my life and I’m so thankful that Tyrrell’s was what I accidentally pulled into first thing. Nick came out to meet us at our car and once we sat down asked about us and what our family needed then led us right to it! I went to another dealership after just to see all my options. The one I went to was not helpful in the slightest, didn’t ask any questions except basically “what do you want?” Because of how extremely kind and helpful Nick and all the fellas here were I went straight back the same day and now have a fantastic car for my family! Everyone made it so easy and stress free. I will definitely be working with them again in the future. Thank you to everyone here!

We recently bought a 2026 Honda Civic from Jake at Tyrrell and let me just say this was overall the best car buying experience we have ever had. Jake was so helpful and patient with us and I would recommend reaching out to him for your next Honda or Chevrolet purchase. Jim and John were also fantastic and answered all our questions about the financial side and the warranties. Go by and check them out, if they don't have exactly what you are looking for, they can get it! 10 outta 10!

Not impressed with Nick who refused to send me via message or email the total OTD (out the door) pricing due to concerns that I would then use it to “shop” for lower prices in CO. Why would I drive from CO to WY if I don’t even know the price? Then on the phone he questions me about what other CO dealers are charging! I gave him the info and he couldn’t beat it. I bought in CO from a dealer with a better deal (that he said he could not beat). The next morning he leaves voice mail that is sarcastically saying this is why we don’t provide OTD prices, cause you will show it to other dealers to beat. Newsflash Nick: you did exactly what you said you didn’t want me to do. You admitted you couldn’t beat the other price and said “I suppose you’ll buy from them…”. Yes, upfront I told him I was looking for the best deal. If Tyrell Honda could beat it, obviously I would buy from them. But they didn’t have the best deal. Don’t be a sore loser and don’t co tact me again. I see on the Costco or Sam’s Club auto buying program that people refused to buy from Tyrell because they would not leave them alone… too many calls, emails, messages. Seems totally ridiculous a salesman from a dealer refuses to provide pricing unless you are at the dealership. No, I would not recommend them.
