Quality Auto City

I found a used car listed through AutoTrader by Quality Auto City. I submitted an offer and received a quick response. I live in another state so I asked Mo to take any photos of damage or concerning items. He did so and explained what was in the photo so I could make a decision. The purchase was made via email/online, money was wired and Mo sent paperwork to me overnight so I could get everything signed. I paid a small fee for delivery to my state. The car arrived and was in better condition than the photos showed! We absolutely LOVE this car and the price was much lower than what we have found in our state. Mo made the process easy, he was honest and communicated with me throughout the entire process. If I ever need another used car, I will look at Quality Auto City first! Thank you for proving that there are some good ones still around!

I am not from Wyoming and have only ever stayed a total of 4 days in the state within the past 3 years. My girlfriend and I were moving from the Midwest to the northwest. During our drive my 2004 Jeep wrangler was simply not safe for me to drive with all the weight I had in the vehicle and the strong winds of Wyoming. I won’t lie, these small dealers make me nervous since you never know who you’re dealing with, especially in a new city as a traveler. I went to go look at a 2006 Subaru to trade in and am very impressed. Although our situation was unique and confusing they worked with us and explained everything we needed to do to make the deal happen. In less than 24 hours of looking at the car we were on the road with minimal to no issues from the vehicle purchased. Of course it will need some new parts having 180,000 miles this was expected. The important thing is that it made it the rest of the trip safely and is still a wonderful vehicle. Thank you quality auto for being such a great company and working with us on our unique situation.

Greg was super nice. He's been with Quality Auto for 18 years and this used car business has been operating for 30 some years. The owners sat with us and helped with the paperwork. It felt luke "family". No pressure sales. From our experience today, they are doing things right. I'd go back if I need a other used vehicle. Thanks guys.

Quality Auto City is one of the best car dealerships I have ever dealt with. Mustapha is helpful, fair, and his customer service is second to none. Greg is very helpful and pleasant to work with. The prices of their vehicles are very fair and the vehicles are in very nice condition. I would highly recommend this dealership. They will treat you right.

I purchased a 2006 Jeep Liberty for my wife from Greg at Quality Auto City. Best decision on buying a pre-owned vehicle i have ever made. Greg made the process so quick and easy. I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. He showed me the Jeep with no B.S., no salesman double talk and no "polishing" when I asked about the mechanical state and milage. Just straight, honest answers take it or leave it honest salesmanship. My wife loves her Jeep w4×4 and I'm not allowed to drive it.
