For a first time experience with a dealer, these guys were what I expected, honest and straight forward. Had a bit of a wait, but it was worth it, within the week I had my truck, but it wasnt their fault at all, the bank took their time getting their poop in a group. I requested information on a 2011 F150 Pplatinum truck. I received a text from Alexander. I am adding some screenshot of texts where I asked if they offered a discount for cash purchase. Alexander would not answer that question initially. After he acknowledged they might consider a cash offer, I later called him as he had requested ( that text is not shown) I told him I wanted to pay $17,000 plus fees which should bring the total to $17,500. His tone changed to adversarial and he said. I haven't looked at the vehicle, asked for almost $2,000 discount and have a 3rd party inspect it. He added that dealerships just don't operate that way. I then informed him that my 3 current vehicles were purchased exactly that way. After some more back and forth, Alexander said he would ask if my offer would be accepted and get back to me. He never did that day. I tried to go back and re-read the texts to see if I had texted something and they were not on my current texts page. The next morning Alexander contacted me and asking if I would like to see if they can offer a discount. The texts are pictured as I was able to backdoor finding them. After the last text(texts had gone over several hours), I called again at his request. He asked again what number I wanted to offer despite him stating twice that he would see what they could do and once saying the day before he would pass my offer along. I again told him $17K plus fees. Again he seemed to take exception and tersely retorted that I had said $17,500 plus fees yesterday. He sternly asked what reason I had for the $1,900 discount. Losing my patience, I said why did I have to have a reason, but added that I told him yesterday that their asking price was above my budget. He said he would ask and told me to hold on. A minute later someone else got on the line to ask how they could help. I said I was waiting for Alexander to return with an answer to my offer. This person said he was the sales manager and wanted me to tell him the offer. I repeated my offer for a 3rd time. He asked the same question about why I was asking for a $1,900 discount. Again losing my patience, I told him they needed to stop complicating things as they could just say "yes or no" to my simple question and simple offers requests. He said they couldn't do that. No counter offer other than they had a cheaper truck I could check out. Again the texts disappeared from my main text page. It is like they are able to do that from their end. Long story short, this dealer is very evasive and complicate the process unnecessarily. They did not like that I told them I was going to use a 3rd Party to thoroughly inspect the truck and they kept saying they would send videos of the truck instead.

Okay I've given these guys plenty of chances. Couple months ago my Wife went down to their dealership and traded off Our 2005 Tahoe for a 2017 Ford Expedition. The Tahoe looks pretty much And I see that they have it in their inventory now. They gave my wife 500 for it. And now I see their selling it for almost 6,000. When she was test driving the 2017 Expedition it died in the middle of the test drive. They said they fixed the problem and we ended up buying it. 2 days later she is picking the kids up home from school and the car dies again. And again and again. I finally replaced the throttle body on it and it runs perfectly now. I'm just wondering Why the dealership wouldn't fix the problem to start with. I have given you guys so much business over these past few years and you wouldn't even budge on the price for my wife. I Thought you really liked business but you have lost me as a customer. I am not coming here anymore. There's a great deal of lack of Integrity.

I purchased a truck from them and had it shipped to me. When I got it I noticed it had hail damage. When I called them the sales manager said, "well did you ask the salesman if it had hail damage or not?" The truck also had the check engine light on, headlight out, oil leak, power seats not working. Definitely would not recommend.

Bought a Volvo. Great service, and a timely manner. update: Nope fooled me once, won't happen again. Vehicle died within a few weeks, from a known problem. Should have said no when the salesman "jumped" the vehicle, clearing out the codes.
