Kia of Cheyenne

I have heard in the past to avoid Kia of Cheyenne, but usually people only leave bad reviews. I can tell you, they knocked it out of the park. These guys were great to work with and were super quick. Not only that, they really took care of us on the trade-in we brought to them. I have always gone to Colorado mainly due to the great customer service we have gotten down there. But these guys more than earned our business!!!

My wife and I drove from Northern Colorado to buy a vehicle from Cheyenne because they were by far the easiest and most straight forward to deal with. My wife is very apprehensive when it comes to buying cars, but she felt very at ease with everyone at the dealership from start to finish. I've bought A LOT of cars in many states and countries because I lived all over when I was in the Marines and this is right at the top of my best experiences. The dealership is also extremely clean and nice, which we appreciated. I'd like to personally thank AJ, Darrin, and Mark for the great experience and for making this purchase so special for my wife. Highly recommend this Kia store over all others in NOCO.

Mark was great to work with. My car was totaled and I don’t live in Cheyenne but he regularly checked on me until I was able to drive down. When I finally made it to Cheyenne, Mark had the car I wanted waiting for me. He was patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. I was approved for the loan faster than anywhere I’ve been. Absolutely great service team. There was amazing me and my daughter were traveling across the United States for a move to a new state. They were the halfway point great job guys you guys are the reasons why I continued to love my Kia.

What else can I say besides the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I live in Colorado, I’m 23 and just had some guy going 60mph hit me and total my 23 Kia Seltos S. I was having the hardest time finding something safe and affordable in my own state. I’ve had salesmen lie to me, try to cheat me, and sold cars I had an open application on. I was so relieved when the wonderful people at Kia of Cheyenne were willing to work with me despite my current situation not being the most ideal to buy a car right now. They were so understanding and helpful! I got the best deal on a 24 Kia sportage I could’ve ever asked for. Thank you so much to this team for making me feel welcome, understood and cared for! If you’re ever considering looking for a car do not look anywhere else! These people will work with you and take care of you! I couldn’t be more grateful or appreciative!
