1215 Logan Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001What do customers say about Good Guys Auto Sales?
Good Guys Auto Sales took great care of me. The team was honest, helpful, and made the whole process easy. If you’re looking for a lifted truck or anything reliable, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.
Such nice staff. They loaned me a hitch when I forgot one on a trailer rental. The receptionist also treated my dog on a hot day bringing him ice cubes. Family owned, go here before trying anywhere else in town!!!
Very unprofessional, was looking at a truck had to call a number taped to the door even tho the big open sign in the window called said I was looking at the truck and was wanting to know about setting up a test drive got told I had to buy the truck before I could take it for a test drive and I told him I wanted to make sure the truck was worth the asking price before I paid $16,000 he told me he was done and hung up. So this business is very unprofessional has no respect last recommended dealership in this town.
He Stood me up twice... Was going to buy the car at asking price anyway, untill I finally showed up and he was so rude I walked away anyway. Decent deals but "good guys" is definitely the wrong name. He got offended when I mentioned the cars blue book value to another customer, and that's pretty shady if you ask me. Definitely would NOT recommend.
Good Guys auto there is nothing good about this car lot. The owner Bobby sold me a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Not knowing anything about vehicles, but working with his girlfriend I thought I would get treated right with a sound vehicle. Got taken for a bad ride indeed.Upon obtaining vehicle was told he would fix the sensor only to find out he wouldn't. Upon diagnosis found out that this vehicle didn't even have a jeep engine and was put together with alot of different types of parts. Would advise no one to purchase from Good Guys auto.
