I had an amazing experience here. I got stranded in a town 7 hours away from home and was in a tough spot trying to find the part I needed. I called ahead and the staff actually took the time to check and confirm they had it, which already meant a lot. I rushed over and made it just a few minutes before closing while it was raining, no less—and they still went above and beyond. Even after closing, the staff helped pull the part off for me in the rain. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced. They didn’t have to do that, but they did, and it made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful highly recommend this place.

I was looking for a rim for my son's car. A gentleman escorted me out in the yard to look over the ones he had. Sure enough, they had one, the exact sized rim and design as I needed. He carried it all the way to my car for me. Super nice guy. I paid a reasonable price for my item. The whole experience was great. Thanks again!

I bought some bumper and grill parts for my car from these guys. Great place to find used parts at fair prices. Pretty quick turnaround time and they pulled and shipped the parts for me. I would go back for more parts when I need them

I called on the phone to see if they had a passenger side rear view. They said they had one. I asked them if they would hold it for me and they did. That's nice service 👍

I called this place looking for parts and they assured me that they had the part i needed in stock and would have it pulled, a hour passed called to check in and they hadn’t even started, called again 2 hours after that and still hasn’t even crossed there mind. the part takes 15min to pull fyi. I called again one final time hoping to get my part before the days end and nothing. no call back no heads up nothing. very poor service and very lazy and unprofessional employees.
