We were shopping for a vehicle that would get excellent gas mileage and something somewhat inexpensive. We knew we would be putting miles on the car but weren't sure what we wanted. We had been to another dealership on the day we bought from GMC but were not satisfied with them. We stopped into the GMC dealer in Casper and Wes greeted us outside. He immediately asked us what we were looking for. He showed us several vehicles let us sit in several vehicles, and even went to the back and pulled a couple fresh off the truck that still had the plastic inside. He listened to what we wanted and what we found comfortable. He worked with his managers to get to a number on our trade that we were happy with. He dedicated a few hours to helping us find the right vehicle we were looking for. I would highly recommend stopping in and visiting Wes and the rest of the GMC team there in Casper when you are shopping for your next vehicle. Excellent customer service and my husband who is a 100% Ram guy is considering a switch to GMC due to the excellent service we received especially on a holiday. Thank you Wes and team! Absolutely recommend, we recently purchased a vehicle and the process was seamless. Mickie was fantastic and very low key, was not forceful or aggressive. We are not car dealer friendly, past experiences has made us a bit jaded but we were surprisingly impressed. Our car was exactly what we were looking for and they delivered hassle free. The new manager ( Jason) was friendly and accommodating to make our experience pleasant and pain free. I would most definitely recommend if your looking for brand new or used look here first.
