Adriannah and the entire service team and technicians provided me with amazing customer service . I had a flat tire on Sunday, they were able to get me in on Monday and explained to me how the tri tech warranty works , the process and the plan for my vehicle. I was able to get my car towed there on Monday and they worked on my car day of and was ready first thing on Tuesday. There partnering dealership created more obstacles and hardships to get my car fixed but van horn Latino was excellent in explaining to me what warranty I had and accommodated me as best as they could to make a stressful situation less stressful. 10/10
