Had a real good car buying experience with Reo Motors. The person I got my car from Rodrigo Garcia was super helpful in finding a car that worked for me and answered every question I had and super responsive to anything that came up and took care of me 123 no problem. Cristian Carmona made my purchase of a Yukon XL Denali a great experience. He was easy to work with, no-pressure, and very helpful. When we found an issue with the blower during the test drive, he had it fixed right away. On the drive home, I noticed a shaking issue and Cristian responded immediately. It turned out to be a torque converter issue, and he worked with his service manager to get it handled. They also provided a loaner while mine was being repaired. A lot of salesmen disappear after the deal is done, but Cristian stayed involved and made sure I was taken care of. I appreciate the way he and the dealership handled everything. Ask for Cristian!

I purchased a vehicle on August 16, 2025. I first saw the unit on August 14th late in the evening, and despite the late hour, Cristian was very helpful throughout the entire process—from the test drive to the financing (I already had a pre-approval).
