Recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry SE. Customer Service is great and very knowledgeable. Worked with me on the price the best they could, even had no problem letting test drive for hours. Was going to wait a while to leave a review but the car is that smooth. Breaks was a little soft during test drive and I told them about it. They fixed it the next day. Ask for Cruz, he’ll get you in a good reliable vehicle. P.S. Will update review in 30 days if needed.

Bought a Honda Crosstour with very great mileage. When I saw it posted online it looked too good. They let me test drive it and it had a few problems that they were very upfront about and fixed immediately before I purchased, (A/C recharge and breaks). They didn't pressure me at all and answered all of my questions. They are actually a bit too relaxed, but I didn't need over the top customer service just a good car. They let my mechanic take a look with no hesitation. I have had my vehicle for a year now, it's still perfect. I had an incident with my bumper and they recommended a great shop. I am satisfied and extremely happy that I purchased a vehicle through them.

Everyone here was super awesome and accommodating plus just generally down to earth/friendly. I had a unique situation because I’m from IL so even though it took a couple weeks to find another bank to finance me and finish all the paperwork while dealing with all the days off from the holidays they held the truck with a small down payment. They’ve gone above and beyond what I ever expected from a dealer and I’m definitely a satisfied customer.

I've been searching for best price vehicles online and saw this dealership had the make/model I was looking for at a very fair price. I called and worked with Juan who was AMAZING to deal with throughout the entire process. So much so that we live in MN and flew to Milwaukee to buy the vehicle sight unseen based on the trust and repour he and I built. Needless to say, the vehicle was as advertised a good experience all around.

Unfortunately bad experience. We were looking into specifically a Muslim owned dealership, who had an option for 0% inhouse financing which they offered. The sales person was nice and flexible with all our requests, we put in a deposit for a car we liked and confirmed we will get the money back if we back out. our situation changed and we didn't go through with it, but what the sales person says doesnt mean anything.. the owner just said we won't get the deposit back! Pretty disappointing, and glad that we didn't go through with it, might have gotten stuck with a bad deal. Owner stopped answering our calls or messages.
