My family has now purchased 3 cars from Smart Dollar Auto. The staff there are amazing. Jeff has gone above and beyond in customer service. Also the cars on the lot are affordable, look nice & for the most part in good condition. They show they really care what they are selling to the public, and for that Smart Dollar Auto will always be our 1st choice when looking for a car.
I bought my first white 2013 GMC Acadia Denali from them. Jeff is amazing so it’s Kim. He made sure everything worked on my truck before he sold it to me. He said if I had any problems to come back to him and let him know my truck works like a champ. It drives so smooth. He takes care of everything that needs to be taken care of on your vehicle. I’ve had such an amazing experience buying a car from here. Jeff, the owner is so wonderful and understanding, even when i call as a panicked girl in her early 20s who knows nothing about cars- he always calms my worries regarding my vehicle. He’s so down to earth and kind and honest. If you show him respect he reciprocates. I’d buy a car from here over and over again!!
I recommend Smart Dollar Auto to my friends and anybody else looking for a solid used car for a reasonable price. Jeff and Gary were very cooperative and upfront about the details of any car I inquired about. When I made my selection they doubled checked everything, they fixed any repairs that I noticed about my Chrysler, they accepted a trade-in of my old vehicle which they didn't have to, and they alleviated my stress regarding the D.M.V. as well as answering all my questions. And personally the prices on most of their vehicles were better than I expected. They even went above and beyond the call of duty when I asked about how I could get an extra key made and they got me hooked up with a specialized locksmith. And if that wasn't enough they even have a garage attached where you can have a vast amount of repairs fixed on your vehicle for a good price if need be. Autumn of 2023 was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.
I have bought 4 cars in the past years, from smart dollar auto ,Jeff and staff are the best .I have recommended smart dollar auto to many co-workers . Smart dollar auto is great for your teen to learn how to take care of there first car or for a second car in the family.. Also if and when you may have an issue Jeff all ways pulls though. Jeffs staff mechanics have the magic touch . They are all awesome.
