It’s like buying at a huge store! The gift, the delivery and snacks when you enter was everything! I love my new 49,000 mileage car!!! And I COULDN'T find this price anywhere!! She was thorough, explanatory, and stayed with me through a long approval process—even working through a few hiccups to make sure I got approved. She even got my price and monthly payment lowered! I brought it in to their other location to get serviced and filled out the description to check everything in the car to have it fixed of no charge of course when I did that they’re lazy mechanic found absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle and I took it back a second time and I had to pay a “ Diagnostic fee” fine ok Paid and there was nothing fault that was wrong with the Vehicle. Took it somewhere else to get a diagnostic (For Free) and found out that it is leaking oil needs a oil filter, Housing replacement and many more.The gutters are cracked too and now they want me to pay another $100 diagnostic fee. I’m done paying them and they’re not finding any issues when clearly there’s multiple their communication is very horrible. I have left messages and have yet to get any response from anyone. This hassle is not even worth going through shop at your own risk! .
